At Inner Expanse, I offer individual therapy and LGBTQIA+ couples counselling via telehealth, across Melbourne and Australia.
I hold the complexities of your stories and identities with respect — acknowledging the broader socio-political contexts shaping your experiences of mental health and relationships, without reducing you to a diagnosis or a deficit.
Something in us longs for steadiness — to feel at home in ourselves, to move through difficulty without being swept away, to love and be loved with a little more ease.
Most of what brings people to therapy lives at the intersection of the personal, the political and the relational: the patterns we carry, the ways we've learned to protect ourselves, our experience of safety in the world and with others.
Together, we work to bridge the body-mind divide, cultivate emotional resilience to uncertainty, and build a secure attachment with Self and Other.
My work begins with curiosity — about who you are, what you carry, and what's possible when you have a safe place to explore it.

Spaces for Self-discovery, meaningful connection and compassionate action.
IFS is a
Support for individuals 18 years and older with relational challenges, trauma, PTSD, grief & bereavement, anxiety, depression, sexuality & gender exploration, neurodivergence, substance use, recovery from family violence, death anxiety, and unattached burdens.
Support for couples (monogamous & non-monogamous inclusive) as well as for those wanting to strengthen non-intimate or platonic relationship bonds. I offer support with sex and intimacy issues, improving communication, understanding and breaking cycles of disconnection, meeting attachment needs and building secure attachment.
I offer community meditation classes as well as one on one support for people looking to learn how to meditate or to deepen their existing practice.
I also facilitate meditation for workplaces and events. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss a facilitated class at your place of work or public event.
How I Work
My work is integrative — drawing on IFS, EFT, somatic and contemplative approaches, woven together in response to what you need. I work with both mind and body, the personal and the relational, guided by curiosity and deep respect for the complexity of what you carry. The goal isn't to fix you — it's to help you find your way back to yourself, and to feel safe enough to open your heart to another.

All sessions at Inner Expanse are offered via telehealth, making it easy to access affirming, specialised support wherever you are in Australia.
