  • What if I'm experiencing financial hardship and can't afford your fees ongoing?
A limited number of concession places are available. However, if this fee is beyond your current means and you are in need of ongoing support, please reach out and we can discuss.
  • Do you accept NDIS or third party payments?
Yes! I accept NDIS payments and private paying individuals and organisations.
  • Do you accept Mental Health Care Plans?
No, at this stage I don't accept MHCP. Concession fees are available to those experiencing financial hardship and I am happy to discuss with you any concerns you may have regarding the affordability of therapy.
  • How can I see if we're a good fit to work together?
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to anyone who is curious to learn more about me and my work. This provides prospective clients with an opportunity to connect with me before committing to a session.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes in bookings can be made without a fee up until 24 hours prior to your session. Less than 24 hours notice of a change in your booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. A cancellation within 3 hours of your session will result in the full fee being forfeited, as will a no-show. Considerations can be made for emergencies.
  • How do I make a booking with you?
You can make an appointment through my booking page. I will then email you the relevant details for the session including the Zoom link, information about payment, and my Terms of Service.
  • Why should I learn to meditate from a white person?
I acknowledge the impact of capitalist/colonial driven "wellness" agendas and the harm caused from appropriating spiritual practices derived from the East. Meditation is a spiritual practice I hold with much respect and reverence, and I endeavour to honour its lineages in my teachings. I encourage you to decide for yourself if I am the right fit for you. I'm happy to talk through any concerns or questions you may have. I also recommend Tejal Yoga/ABCD Yogi and the Melbourne Zen Group if you are seeking greater diversity in meditation classes and teachers while also being informed by social justice principles.
